Fib Dems – At it again in Winton!

Soft on crime - Lib dems - get them out of Salford!

Salford Labour Party are considering what action to take over a series of factually untrue statements in a liberal democrat election leaflet.Labour Group Leader Cllr John Merry said “Two Years ago we exposed the Liberal Democrats telling untruths over the Council Tax. Now like a hardened criminal they resort to the same tactic. They claim we are in the top ten of council tax rates in the country when in fact we are well down the list at 43rd. They have also vastly exaggerated the level of “debt” they claim the council owe.If Cllr Pooley had any decency he would immediately withdraw this leaflet and apologize for misleading his ward. It is ironic that the leaflet accuses the Labour Party of spin. Presumably Labour Spin is worse in their eyes than telling lies to the electorate.”

Shame of Salford

The Conservative party call the Salford Labour council ‘Discredited’, where do they get off making statements without evidence? On this site, we will direct you to sources to back up our statements. Make no mistake they are the party that is self serving and the People of Salford are low on the priority! They are happy to throw away £110 million for a popular vote on schools. As long as they are OK the rest of us can go whistle!

Conservative - The shame of Salford

David Cameron is a chameleon!

Dave changes from one colour to another, depending on whatever he thinks his audience wants to hear.

To supporters of the blue party, he changes deepest blue and tells them he is ‘Conservative to the core’.

To supporters of the red party he changes into finest red, and tells them he is the ‘heir to Blair’.

And to supporters of the yellow party, he changes into brightest yellow and says he is a ‘liberal Conservative’.

He flip-flops from one position to another, depending on whatever he thinks you want to hear.

But underneath it all David Cameron will always remain true blue through and through.

‘I am Conservative to the core of my being, as those who know me best will testify’.

David Cameron, Daily Telegraph, January 23 2006

Here is a man who cycled to work and had his suit and bags brought behind in a fleet of cars. This man claims to be green? Come on David! Show your true colours!

Don’t trust or believe the Conservative in Salford, vote them out, VOTE Labour in Salford.
